           Todays there are many management systems. Recently the name’s of ‘’ANNEX SL’’ was a new building and entegrated system studies still work in progress by the ISO. Organizations have multiple system documentations. The main purpose of the entegrated management system is all multiple system documentations collect harmoniously under the same roof. The another main purpose of the entegrated management system is that all different system documentations and requests are in the same language and under the same structure.

          The organizations need integrated management systems in order to manage, maintain, manage and control their own management systems for a systematic whole.

WHAT IS THE BENEFITS OF THE ENTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

1. Instead of entering individual document controls, the entegrated management system prevents repetition such as internal auditing, certificated auditing, training, system studying. All of these save less cost and time to the organizations.

2. The organizations gain a holistic perspective with the entegrated management sytem. With a holistic perspective common and different risks ocur and can reach the objectives. With a holistic and systematic perspective risks are minimized.

3. The organizations can fulfill all standarts requirements easily with a common language, structure and term. In a common system in order to do a single study the workload on the employees in this area is reduced.

4. Before that the organizations had to fulfill all different requirements and standards. In order to fulfill all requirements the organizations had to  perform several similar studies several times a year and the risk of errors increased. The entegrated management systems minimize the risk of overlook or error.

5. The organizations with the entegrated management systems minimize system conflicts.

6. Organizations are able to focus on continuous improvement and improvement under a single whole through integrated management system studies, and thus contribute to achieving goals.

7. Organizations make a stronger communication network by integrating their tasks and responsibilities with integrated management systems. Together with this strong communication network, it enables employees to have information about the system and to reach the goal of increasing employee motivation.

8. The requirements of standards, integrated management systems and organizations are met with less time, resources and cost. In order to achieve the right and proper quality at one time, the internal and external examinations, with the decrease of the intensity of the annual audit plans, provide more real, systematic and accurate analysis of the results; aims to achieve this.

PSCR:  PRODUCT SAFETY & CONFORMITY REPRESENTATIVE - ÜRÜN GÜVENLİK VE UYGUNLUK TEMSİLCİLİĞİ               Ürün güvenliği ve uygunluk temsilciliği, IATF 16949: 2016 standardının 4.4.1.2 Ürün Güvenliği maddesini referans alarak geliştirilmiştir. Buradaki temel amaç ürünün güvenliğini ve uygunluğunu müşteri şartlarına, yasalarına ve yönetmeliklerine göre kontrol altında tutulmasını ve etkin bir şekilde uygulanmasını sağlamaktır.
