Quality objectives are defined as measurable goals which are relevant to improving customer satisfaction while being consistent with the quality policy.
Your quality objectives are established when planning your QMS and are redefined in management reviews as necessary. Examples of Quality Objectives; Obtain 100% customer on-time-delivery.
We always look at the company's scope, structure, industry, objective, policy, and commitment, if all this is appropriate, we can go through the other steps with top management.
We should include the QO (QUALİTY OBJECTİVE) Planning Process in our Internal Audits in order to check PDCA (PLAN-DO-CONTROL-ACT). And, also should conform to all requirements of this document.
In order to reach improvement, the organization shall establish, implement and maintain processes for monitoring, measurement, analysis and performance evaluation that also continually improve the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of ISO 9001 management system.
