ANNEX SL-Management Systems Standard
ISO is the network which include national standardization of more than 160 countries. Since 1947, ISO has been published of more than 19000. ISO the management principle includes leadership, process approach, improvement, relationship management, customer focus, staff commitment, and evidence-based decision-making.
Until today, ISO the management system standard has been published with a lot of systematical improvements and different structures. All these standards had different structures and systems. This situation caused complications, confusion and difficulties during the application phase. In order to eliminate problems of this type, ISO “Annex SL” developed. First, Annex SL is designed for a name of ISO Guide 83. Then now, Annex SL has confirmed with the last revision. After that, all the new published standards like under the structures of Annex SL and also the available revisions of standards will publish according to this structure.
Applying the previous standards had caused extra times and over-resources. For this reason, combining the whole standards in one structure has done with the Annex SL. Therefore, all efforts, conflicts, inconsistencies, remaining question marks and false inferences had eliminated in order to bring together different management standards. With this passing, in order to include content, terminology and common structure brought convenience for organization who wants to apply more than one standards.
What is The Annex SL?
Annex SL is the is a publication that forms the basis of an integrated management system. Annex SL has designed for all organizations to make easy to apply more than one standards and to create fluently new standards. At first, Annex SL has designed an integrated format via a high level structure that include common terms and explanations between standards for drafting ones.
Purposes of Annex SL:
• Determine general framework to form the basis of all management systems,
• Improve to compatible to different management systems,
• Take aim at compatible to sub-item with each other,
• To provide an integrated language for management systems.
